These terms explain the basic rules and limitations for using Formatzaand its browser-first online tools.
Use of Formatza
Formatza provides free online tools for file conversion, editing, formatting, viewing, calculation, and related utility tasks. No account is currently required to use the public tools.
Your responsibility
You are responsible for the files, text, and data you choose to upload, paste, convert, or process. Make sure you have the right to use that content and keep backups of important files before editing or converting them.
Browser-based limitations
Many tools run in your browser where practical. Some files may fail or produce different results because of browser limitations, file size, memory, codecs, corruption, password protection, unsupported formats, or device performance.
No warranty
Formatza is provided as-is and as available. Conversion accuracy, formatting preservation, availability, performance, and suitability for a particular purpose are not guaranteed.
Sensitive data
Do not upload, paste, or process sensitive data unless you understand the tool workflow and the risks of using browser-based tools, third-party hosting, and any configured contact or email services.
Prohibited misuse
You may not use Formatza for illegal content, abusive behavior, attempts to attack or disrupt the service, automated abuse, credential harvesting, malware activity, or activity that violates applicable laws or rights.
Intellectual property
Formatza branding, interface, copy, and site materials belong to Formatza or their respective owners. Your files and input content remain yours, subject to your responsibility for using them lawfully.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Formatza is not liable for losses related to tool output, conversion errors, data loss, downtime, browser limitations, or misuse of the website.
