Browser-first processing
Formatza tools are designed to process files locally in your browser where technically possible. Depending on the tool, your browser may use memory, canvas, WebAssembly, media APIs, file APIs, or other local browser capabilities to preview, convert, format, or generate output.
Files and tool inputs
Formatza does not provide permanent file hosting or a file storage account system. For browser-first tools, selected files are handled by the active tool in your browser. You should avoid using highly sensitive files unless you understand the specific tool workflow and browser limitations.
Contact by email
If you contact Formatza by email, Formatza receives the email address and message content you choose to send. Email messages are used to respond to support requests, bug reports, feature requests, business inquiries, privacy questions, or legal questions.
Local storage
Formatza may use local browser storage for interface preferences such as theme selection. Local storage stays in your browser unless you clear it or your browser settings remove it.
Cookies, analytics, and advertising
